What is pAIpe?

pAIpe is a software platform for piping and plant engineering. It combines project management, tablet-based isometric drawings, a digital site diary, AI-powered material certificate handling (EN 10204) and quality assurance per PED 2014/68/EU in a single solution.

Who is pAIpe for?

Plant construction firms, industrial assembly contractors, piping engineering companies and their project leads, site supervisors, QA officers and purchasing teams. Typical users are companies with 10 to 500 employees replacing Excel-and-folders with a structured platform.

Which industry standards does pAIpe support?

pAIpe is natively built around the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU), EN 10204 (material certificates) and DGRL. Audit trails, versioning and certificates are generated automatically, reducing audit preparation from weeks to minutes.

Does the AI run in the EU? What about data privacy?

Yes. AI features (document analysis, OCR, classification) run on EU servers and are GDPR compliant. A fully on-premise installation is available on request, keeping all data inside your corporate network.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. pAIpe ships with a native iOS and Android app, optimised for construction sites. Drawing isometrics, capturing the site diary and documenting welds all work offline – data syncs automatically once connectivity is back.

How much does pAIpe cost?

pAIpe is modular. Base platform pricing and per-module pricing (project management, AI document analysis, mobile app, QA, pipe-class management) are listed on our Pricing page. Enterprise licences are available for larger rollouts.

How long does implementation take?

Standard onboarding takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on the modules selected and your existing data. We import existing projects, material certificates and pipe classes together with your team as part of a structured onboarding process.

Can I import existing Excel lists and CAD data?

Yes. pAIpe supports imports from Excel, CSV and common CAD formats. The AI-powered document analysis additionally extracts data from delivery notes, invoices and material certificates – including scans and image-based PDFs.

What does support look like?

Every customer has a named contact. Critical incidents are handled within one business day, routine requests within three business days. Enterprise customers can book SLAs with guaranteed response times.
