pAIpe is modular. Base platform pricing and per-module pricing (project management, AI document analysis, mobile app, QA, pipe-class management) are listed on our Pricing page. Enterprise licences are available for larger rollouts.

pAIpe is modular – you don't have to roll out everything at once. A single module is usually productive within a few weeks, and you add further modules step by step. This spreads the effort over a longer period rather than one big switchover project. We import your existing data together with your team.

Yes. AI features (document analysis, OCR, classification) run on EU servers and are GDPR compliant. A fully on-premise installation is available on request, keeping all data inside your corporate network.

The AI automatically reads and classifies documents, extracts data from delivery notes, invoices and material certificates, answers questions about your projects in chat, and structures voice-captured site diary entries – cutting manual data entry significantly.

pAIpe is natively built around the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU), EN 10204 (material certificates) and DGRL. Audit trails, versioning and certificates are generated automatically, reducing audit preparation from weeks to minutes.

Yes. pAIpe captures and manages material certificates (e.g. inspection certificate 3.1 per EN 10204) and links them down to the individual component via AI document analysis. Material traceability stays complete and is auditable in minutes.

Yes. pAIpe manages welding procedure specifications and qualifications (WPS/WPQR) and welder qualifications, and automatically checks which welder is approved for which weld. Welds are documented down to the component and remain audit-ready.

Yes. The iOS and Android app is made for the field: create isometrics, document components and welds, capture the site diary by voice and complete QA steps on site – much of it offline, syncing automatically.

Yes. pAIpe supports imports from Excel, CSV and common CAD formats. The AI-powered document analysis additionally extracts data from delivery notes, invoices and material certificates – including scans and image-based PDFs.

pAIpe is built API-first, so data can be exchanged with your existing systems. Existing Excel lists, master data and common CAD formats can be imported; specific interfaces to your system landscape are defined during the onboarding project.

Every customer has a named contact. Critical incidents are handled within one business day, routine requests within three business days. Enterprise customers can book SLAs with guaranteed response times.
